नोट - किसी भी ऑर्डर को भेजने के लिए पूरा पता होना जरूरी है अन्यथा हम उसे भेजने में असमर्थ हैं और एरिया पिनकोड 5 किमी. सीमा के भीतर हो। 
किसी भी कारण बुक रिटर्न होती है तो फिर से डिलिवर नहीं की जा सकेगी। 
अगर आपके क्षेत्र मे कूरियर सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है तो डिलिवरी करना संभव नहीं होगा। 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Before placing the order, ensure that your order is booked correctly and delivered to the correct address. No changes are possible after the order is placed.

2. Tracking details will be provided within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery charges have to be paid if the book is not accepted or rejected by the buyer.

4. After receiving tracking details, if your order appears to be delivered but not received, must be informed within 2 days, otherwise no request will be accepted.

5. In case of wrong or damaged product must be informed within 2 days. After this it will not be valid.(order change/cancel policy not available)

6. All orders are paid in advance, no charges will be asked thereafter. (Dont pay for fraudulent calls for Rs 5-10)

7. In case of refund, payment will be made in 10 to 15 days.

8. If there is any mistake in the address, phone number, pin code and the book is returned, delivery charges will have to be paid.

9. Do not share the OTP in any way until you receive the book. If you share, no claim will be accepted.

10. If there is a possibility of any kind of fraud in delivery, then send the video recording and mobile number also.

11. Book will be delivered within 8 - 15 working days, depend on your area and location.
